LOOK LIKE A VICTORIA'S SECRET ANGEL: GORGEOUS HAIRSTYLES

It’s not a secret that all women would like to resemble Victoria’s Secret Angels. Unfortunately, it's super difficult to achieve a flawless body like that, as it requires a lot of sacrifice and dedication. However, there is one thing about Victoria’s Secret models’ look that we can achieve for sure - their gorgeous hairstyles. We are all impressed with their silky, bouncy and voluminous hair that makes them look even more hot. I read some advice from the world’s best stylists and discovered some of the secret methods for achieving an "Angel hairstyle" is. Check out these amazing tips!

Be realistic
What I first found out is that the key to stunning Victoria’s Secret models hairstyles lies in the fact that they are 100% real. What makes their long and thick hair so special is their naturally looking curls and soft and shiny texture. According to numerous stylists, instead of trying too much, you should keep your look as real as possible. That’s exactly what makes every woman sexy and unique!

Choose hair products adequate for your hair type
No matter how amazing a particular hair mask or a shampoo is, if it is not adequate for your hair type, it will always make your hair dull.  Apart from choosing the perfect product for your hair type, I always choose products with rich formulae that are good for my hair. For example, I love Amika hair products (Aussie readers, I recommend getting Amika hair products from Alive Skin+Hair). Amika products are both nourishing and moisturizing, which enables me to experiment with my hair all the time while keeping it healthy all the time. The Amika Heat Defense serum is a  great product to use before using a hair straightener or a curling wand, as it protects you hair from high temperatures.

Use your conditioner before shampooing hair
The most terrible mistake I used to make before is using shampoo before the conditioner. What I found out is that in order for your hair to be super-bouncy and voluminous, it needs to be residue-free. In other words, shampoo creates a messy texture and volume, while your conditioner will weight your hair down. Therefore, you should always keep in mind that conditioning goes before shampooing!
Boost your hair with volumizing mousse
Before you blow-dry your hair, you need to apply the volumizing mousse, which is pretty simple. All you have to do is to blot your hair with a large towel, spray your hair with a quality light-hold spray and then apply the mousse. I always go for the formula that both nourishes my hair and adds a gorgeous texture to it.
Buy a huge, round brush

Huge, round brushes will never go out of fashion. They are probably the only item that can add texture to your entire hair equally, from the bottom to the top. When choosing a brush, you need to look for the one with soft, natural bristles that won’t pull and damage your hair while blow-drying.

Amazing blow-drying
What I love to do most is blow-drying my hair, which is at the same time the best way for you to add a little bit of volume and fluff to it. All you need to do is to remove the nozzle from the dryer and set it on high. Once your hair is almost dry, you need to brush it outward and continue blow-drying, this time with the nozzle on.
Make gorgeous, yet effortless waves
Making sexy beach waves is much simpler than you really think. You can always use hair rollers or go for a safe bet - a great curling wand. All you need to do is to use one-inch parts of your hair and start curling them. However, you need to pay special attention to the direction of your curls, making sure than they fall away from your face. Once you finish that, you should enable your each your curl to completely cool before you apply a spray. This is a proven method that makes our curls last longer.

In order to achieve sexy beach waves, I have tried out numerous methods and none of them was good enough. However, observing beautiful hairstyles of Victoria’s Secret Angels, I realized that there must be a way for me to achieve such gorgeous texture, shine and volume. These super simple steps helped me a lot. Try them out!
