Kiko 2-in-1 Foundation Review

Today I thought I would review the Full Coverage 2-in-1 Foundation and Concealer by Kiko. This is definitely my go-to foundation for when it comes to nights out, events and more glam makeup looks in general. It covers all discolouration or pigmentation perfectly. I love the little brush applicator inside it as well, as it really helps to apply it just like a concealer on the under eye area. It also helps when you want to touch up your makeup, as don't need to carry around a separate brush and it helps to apply the product precisely, without accidentally putting too much. It has a matte-satin finish, so it still looks glowy and isn't too drying, although it still stays in place for hours.

Another thing I love about this foundation is that it is buildable, without getting too cakey. It also doesn't oxidise, meaning that the colour doesn't darken or turn orange after a few minutes of wearing it.

Because I mainly wear this for events or nights out, I went for a slightly darker shade, N60. This has no pink tones in it, which I love. Another factor that makes it great for events is the fact that it has no SPF in it, which means it won't create a flashback in photos. You can also see how smoothly it blends out on my arm.

Overall, I would really recommend this foundation. A downside however is the shade range, although there are 21 shades, I feel like there could be way more to accommodate darker skin tones.

It retails for £18.9, which I think is reasonable, especially as it is comparable to the Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation.

You can check this Kiko one out for yourself here

Let me know if you have tried this foundation and what your go-to foundation for a night out is! xx
